Pre-accredited programs offer free introductory training for people who want to take the first step back into learning.
We offer practical programs designed to get your brain active while learning practical skills. All our courses are adapted to suit the needs of the group, and we are always happy to help you find a pathway forward when you finish. We can help you return to study, improve your reading, writing and maths skills, gain a qualification, get a job or learn something new.

Computer Training
Basic Computers
10 weekly sessions 9am – 12pm Fridays
How to set up your devices, online accounts, safely navigating the internet & Bluetooth & Wi-Fi connectivity. Learn to use Windows, and fill in online forms.
This is the one for those starting at the very beginning.
MS Apps for Office Work
10 weekly sessions 12.30pm - 3.30pm Fridays
Gain confidence with using MicroSoft Apps like Word, Excel, and Outlook. Get up to speed on the basic tools of a modern office.
Intro to Google Docs and Sheets
10 weekly sessions 10 - 12pm Wednesdays
Learn how to use the latest in shareable documents for working together on group projects.
No experience needed!
Get Cooking Kitchen Skills
10 weekly sessions 9.30 - 1.30 Tuesdays
Develop your confidence in the kitchen while socialising, cooking and enjoying affordable and nutritious meals.
The course will include:
